Delivery Areas

We deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach pin codes may take additional time.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Large or custom-made furniture may take 10–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Packaging & Handling

All furniture is carefully packaged with protective layers to prevent damage during transit. Heavy items are palletised for safe handling.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery pin code, weight, and dimensions of your order. Charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive email and SMS notifications with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account under "My Orders".

Rescheduling & Failed Delivery

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. Please contact us to reschedule. After 3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
